Andy W. Waldo, IV - Administrator

Andy Waldo is the Business Administrator for Delta. He is responsible for all business related matters including the Clinical Trial Agreements and Financial Budgets. Andy has experience as an Administrator of a medical practice and an ambulatory surgery center. He also serves as a medical practice consultant. Professional associations include: Past President, Louisiana Medical Group Management Association; Board of Directors, Louisiana Surgery Center Association and the Northeast Louisiana PHO. Prior to a career in healthcare, Andy worked in the banking/financial industry as a Federal Bank Examiner with the FDIC. He is from Little Rock, Arkansas and a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Angela Rouse - Contract Specialist

Angela Rouse has several years of administration and accounting experience that provides our team with comprehensive support for conducting efficient clinical trials. She works collaboratively with the Delta Research Partner’s team to prepare, negotiate, and maintain budgets and contracts. Her skills extend across business strategies, organizational development, information technology as well as a thorough understanding of clinical trial contracts and budgets. Angela has been part of the Delta Research Partner’s team since 2016.
